Information on the individual institutions of the Institute
Company internship (in German)
There is a central coordination office for the prescribed company internship.
This helps to place internships for students in the bachelor's degree programs in mathematics and decides on the admission and recognition of internships.
Math circle (in German)
The Math Circle is organized by staff and students to teach pupils exciting topics from mathematics.
Open math room
The "Open Math Room" invites all students in the field of mathematics to ask questions in room 1006 of building L1 and to discuss topics from the lectures or to practice sheets.
Computer support
The computer support is responsible for the support and further development of the IT infrastructure at the institute.
This includes:
- Consulting and approval of orders for computer equipment.
- Initial setup and support of computers and printers for the workplaces.
- Assistance in maintaining the websites and working with the Digicampus.
Institute Coordinator
The Institute Coordinator takes care of organizational concerns, which affect all members of the Institute
