Orbis Europe provides information on more than 140 million companies and entities. It is the most powerful resource for comparative data on publicly listed and privately held companies. Orbis Europe contains both current and historical company data. The data are updated monthly. Through the University of Augsburg’s access, users can access data on medium to very large companies (Medium/Large/Very Large).

Access to ORBIS
?
Data retrieval and dataset downloads are possible both via the Orbis web version and via an API interface through Moody’s DataHub. There is no download limit. Further information, as well as online guides and training programs, can be found within the respective platforms. For Moody’s DataHub, there is also the option to participate in a centrally organized online training session.
Use of the Orbis Europe database is available to all staff of the Faculty of Business and Economics (WiWi) for research and teaching purposes.
