From winter term 2013/14, this cover sheet must be enclosed with all written examinations (e.g. homework, portfolios, possibly also short essays). It replaces the previous affidavit.
Modulhandbücher - In the module handbook you will find the module structure of your degree program and, every semester, a complete list of the courses offered with the module signatures for which they can be taken.
